The Evolinq add-in brings procurement automation into Excel: send RFQs, track supplier quotes and order confirmations, and manage purchase orders from your spreadsheet. An Evolinq account is required.
Requirements
- Excel for Microsoft 365 on Windows or Mac, or Excel on the web
- A Microsoft 365 work or school account
- An active Evolinq account for your organization
How to install
- In Excel, open the Home tab and select Add-ins.
- Search for "Evolinq" and select Add.
- Select the Evolinq button on the Home tab to open the panel.
- Sign in with your Microsoft work account.

I can't find the Evolinq button.
Close and reopen Excel. If your organization manages add-ins centrally, ask your IT administrator to deploy Evolinq from the Microsoft 365 admin center.
Sign-in fails or the panel stays blank.
Make sure pop-ups are allowed and that you use your work account. Your administrator may need to grant consent for the Evolinq app in Microsoft Entra ID.
My data doesn't update.
Check your internet connection and the Evolinq status page. If the problem continues, email support with a screenshot and the time it happened.
