AI Operations Specialist
We're looking for an AI Operations Specialist who will serve as the final quality layer between our AI agents and our customers. You'll review AI text outputs, correct edge cases, identify recurring failure patterns, and help continuously improve our AI system. Your work directly impacts customer trust and product quality.

Working Hours & Availability
We offer a shift-based structure and are primarily looking for candidates who can commit to one of the following fixed windows:
- Morning Shift: 08:00 – 13:00
- Evening Shift: 20:00 – 01:00
What You'll Do
Data & Table Review
Perform detailed reviews of complex data sets and multi-currency metrics to uphold flawless precision and eliminate errors before content reaches end users
Root Cause Identification & R&D Communication
Identify underlying failure patterns and communicate them directly to our developers on a daily basis so they can improve the system (no software engineering or coding background is required)
Systematic Edge Case Correction
Manually fix discrepancies in real-time to guarantee error-free deliverables to end clients
Quality Benchmarking
Help build and maintain "Gold Standard" datasets used to evaluate system accuracy over time
Requirements (Must Haves)
- Attention to Details: A misplaced decimal, wrong currency symbol, or minor data typo genuinely bothers you
- Data & Table Comfort: Highly comfortable spending extended periods concentrating on large grids of numbers and tables
- Strong Communication: Ability to clearly explain error logic and root causes to developer teams
- Languages: Fluent written and spoken English and Hebrew
