CTO

About the Role

Evolinq is building the future of supply chain automation. Our AI agents read thousands of emails, PDF invoices, and complex tables to act as "digital buyers" for procurement teams. We are looking for a methodical, detail-oriented Operations Analyst to act as the "Human-in-the-Loop." This is a role for a focused analytical professional who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys digging into data inconsistencies, and wants to own the quality standards of a production AI product.

What You'll Do

  • Forensic Verification: Review complex inputs (PDF quotes, supplier emails, Excel price lists) against the AI's output to identify gaps
  • Systematic Correction: Manually fix errors in the system to ensure the client receives perfect data
  • Root Cause Analysis: You won't just fix bugs; you will categorize them. You'll identify patterns (e.g., "The AI consistently fails with multi-currency tables") and report them to R&D
  • Quality Ownership: Over time, you will define the "Gold Standard" datasets that we use to benchmark our system's performance

Requirements (Must Haves)

  • Education/Experience: B.Sc./B.A. Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Exact Sciences, or a related quantitative field. OR 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Data Operations roles.
  • Excel/Data Proficiency: High Proficiency in Excel/Data Handling: You are comfortable with large datasets, filters, and logical functions. You don't fear complex tables.
  • Technical Skills: Tech-Savviness: You understand how web systems work. You can quickly master new tools (Excels, CRMs, Internal Admin Panels).
  • Analytical Mindset: You can explain the logic behind an error clearly.
  • Languages: Excellent English and Hebrew (Reading complex commercial documents is a daily task).

Who You Are

  • Perfectionist: A typo or a misplaced decimal point bothers you.
  • Growth-Oriented: You value Stability & Depth: You are looking for a place to grow as an Operations/Data expert, rather than looking for a quick jump to a coding role.
  • Self-Starter: You can work independently and manage your own queue of tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SQL/MongoDB Experience: Experience with SQL or basic MongoDB queries
  • Additional Languages: Proficiency in additional languages: Japanese, German, Spanish, or French
  • Military Intelligence Experience: Military experience in intelligence/analysis units (8200, Hatam, etc.) – focusing on research and data verification
