About the Role

As a Customer Success Specialist at Evolinq, you'll be the bridge between our innovative AI procurement solutions and our valued customers. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our platform, guiding them through successful adoption and helping them realize the full potential of AI-driven procurement automation.

What You'll Do

Client Onboarding

Guide new customers through the implementation and adoption process of our AI procurement platform

Training & Education

Deliver comprehensive training sessions to help customers understand and utilize all platform features effectively

Success Monitoring

Monitor customer usage patterns, identify opportunities for optimization, and proactively address potential issues

Relationship Building

Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as their primary point of contact for support and guidance

Feedback Collection

Gather customer feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate insights to the product team

Requirements (Must Haves)

Communication Skills

Fluent in Hebrew and English - excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interactions

Technical Aptitude

Technologically adept with a quick learning ability - comfortable learning and explaining complex software solutions

Problem Solving

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and find optimal solutions

Interpersonal Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building strong client relationships

Training Experience

Proficient in delivering training sessions - able to explain technical concepts in an accessible way

Availability

Available during daytime hours for client meetings and support

Preferred Qualifications

Procurement Experience

Experience in procurement or supply chain management - understanding of the domain you support

Product Presentation

Experience in presenting Release Notes to customers - comfortable with product demonstrations and updates
